Michelle Wilds brings more than 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation, business development, healthcare networking, human resources, risk management, and strategic relationship building. In her current position, she has built a reputation for connecting employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, case managers, and healthcare providers to improve communication, outcomes, and return-to-work success with her client base.
Michelle is also the Director of Sales of Workplace Health Magazine, a leading Southeastern publication dedicated to educating professionals in workers’ compensation, safety, risk management, and human resources. Through the magazine, educational symposiums, industry events, and strategic partnerships, she is passionate about bringing together industry leaders to share best practices and advance the workers’ compensation community.
An active leader in the industry, Michelle has served on numerous professional boards and committees, including the Georgia SHRM State Council, the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Association (GWCA), and the Georgia PRIMA Conference Committee. She holds two Certifications-Certified Mine Safety and Health Instructor and Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional. The ability to build meaningful partnerships that create value for employers, providers, and payers are very important to her.
Michelle and her husband reside in Wrightsville, Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering hidden treasures while antiquing and thrifting, spending time with family—including her three granddaughters—and exploring different places while camping.
